Our recruitment procedure may vary slightly depending on the position, but personal contact is always at the heart of it.
We value open communication and will keep you well-informed every step of the way.

From application to contract signing

During our selection procedure, you can expect the following steps:

  • Prescreening:
    CV screening based on the predetermined criteria.
  • Phone call:
    A brief phone call with our recruiter to get acquainted and review the key requirements.
  • 1st interview:
    This personal interview with our recruiter and your future manager will give you a clear understanding of the role's tasks and responsibilities.
    It also allows us to explore your experience, knowledge, and skills in more depth.
    During this interview, we will also explain the next steps in the selection process in detail.
  • Testing and references:
    In preparation for the second interview, we always ask you to complete an online personality questionnaire. 
    Depending on the position, other questionnaires may be added.
    We also request contact details from a previous employer to obtain references.
    All results will be discussed in the second interview.
  • 2nd interview:
    In addition to our recruiter and your future manager, the HR manager and a colleague from the team will also be present at the second and final interview.
    In this final interview, we will ensure that all questions from both sides are answered and we will make a final assessment to see whether all the set criteria have been met.
  • Salary proposal:
    If all the previous steps have gone well, we will move forward with a salary proposal.
    We will first go through it together over the phone.
    Afterwards, you will receive the proposal by email so you can review it thoroughly yourself.
  • Signing the contract:
    Once we have reached an agreement, we will formalize everything in a contract.
    After that, all that's left is for us to eagerly await your arrival!

A few exceptions:
For our production and warehouse vacancies, we always offer a guided tour prior to the second interview. 
This gives you a good idea of your future working environment and the machinery you will be operating.

For certain roles you may be asked to prepare a practical case study and present it during the second interview.

For our management-level vacancies, an extensive assessment center is always part of the process.
This takes place after the second interview and will be discussed with you in detail afterwards.
